The course tells the story of an employee, Alexa Duncan, going through the process of applying to a job opening, hiring, onboarding, promotion, time reporting, performance improvement planning, maternity leave, interim acting, promotion, and retirement. The course includes 11 modules. Each module covers one type of business process.
